How does the 30-day free trial work?
The trial includes one website, 100 indexed pages, 1,000 searches, 25 AI credits, and manual crawls. It does not require a credit card. Choose a paid plan before the trial ends to keep using FlowSearch.
Will I be charged for going over a plan limit?
No. Automatic paid overages are not enabled. FlowSearch enforces the searches and AI credits included with your plan instead of adding an unexpected usage charge.
Which plan includes document uploads?
Business includes document knowledge for up to 20 documents per website and 100 MB total storage. Enterprise supports higher custom limits. Initial AI summaries from crawled website pages are available during the trial.
How do I change an existing subscription?
Owners and admins can open Billing in the FlowSearch dashboard. Existing paid subscriptions are managed through the Stripe Customer Portal.
